Research Use Only Products

All products supplied by Alluvi Healthcare, including research peptides, peptide pens, supplements, and related laboratory materials, are intended strictly for research and development purposes.

Our products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary applications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.


Returns Eligibility

To ensure product integrity, quality control, and safety standards, returns may only be accepted for products that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored are not eligible for return.


Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Requests received after this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products stored outside recommended conditions

  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Return Approval Process

All returns require prior approval from our support team.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds will be issued based on the GBP value of the original purchase at the time of processing, less any applicable network, gas, or transaction fees.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your card issuer or financial institution, as processing times may vary.
